Christian Mass Marriages

Under this scheme, articles to the extent of Rs.25, 000/- are gifted for each couple during Mass Marriages.
Eligibility: Families, whose annual income is below Rs.55,000.
Procedure: The candidates should contact the Ex-Officio District Manager, APSCMFC {District Minority Welfare Officer (DMWO)/Executive Director (ED)} and submit a application along with following documents.
  • White Ration Card
  • In case, White Ration Card is not available, income certificate from the Tahsildar
  • Certificate from Priest of the Church for Marriage.
  • Baptism Certificate from the Pastor
  • As per the latest instructions received, at present this scheme is being implemented and supervised by Commissioner of Minorities Welfare, Hyderabad.

Pre Matric Scholarships (Government of AP)

Pre Matric scholarships are sanctioned to the students studying from class 6th to 10th.

  • Post Matric Scholarships (Government of AP)

    The post matric scholarships are sanctioned to the students of Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation and Professional Courses.

  • Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (Government of AP)

    Tuition fee reimbursement is sanctioned to the students at post Matric level courses for Convener quota i.e., 'A' category seats only.
    Procedure for Pre, Post and Reimbursement of Tuition Fee of Government of AP Scholarships:
    1. Government of Andhra Pradesh Pre, Post and Fee Reimbursement scholarships are sanctioned to the students whose parent's/guardian's income is below Rs 1.00 lakh per annum only.
    2. The eligible Pre and Post Matric students should submit their application through online(http://epass.cgg.gov.in/).
    3. The hard copy of the filled in application form along with documents shall be submitted to the DMWO of the concerned districts through the Head Master/Principal of the concerned School/College.
    4. The scholarship amount is released to the student's bank account directly from the DMWO Office.
    5. Tuition fee is released to the College/Institution directly.
    6. For renewal the students need to apply online http://epass.cgg.gov.in/ using the token number. Latest income certificate issued by Tahsildar and passport size photo should be uploaded through online.
    Documents to be attached:
    1. Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar from MEE SEVA
    2. Bonafide Certificate from School/College.
    3. Photo Copy of Bank pass book in Joint Account of Parent and Student
    4. Photo Copy of Previous year marks certificate (Progress report)
    5. Proof of permanent residence
    6. Photograph attested and stamped by Head master/Principal
    7. Minority Community Certificate issued by Tahsildar
    8. Aadhar Number

    Pre Matric Scholarships (Government of India)

    Pre Matric Scholarships are sanctioned to students studying in a Government or Recognized Private Schools from Class I to Class X. The annual Income of Parents/Guardian of the student from all sources should not exceed Rs. 1.00 lakh.

    Post Matric Scholarship (Government of India)

    Post Matric Scholarships are awarded to the students, pursuing studies from Class XI to PhD from Government/Recognized private Colleges/including Technical and Vocational Courses of Courses of Class XI and XII level in Industrial Training Institutes/Industrial Training Centers affiliated with National Council for Vocational Training. And also those courses which are not covered in Merit cum Means based Scholarship. These scholarships are awarded to students whose Parents/Guardian annual Income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs.

    Merit -cum -Means based scholarships

    Merit-cum-Means based scholarships are awarded to the students pursuing technical or professional courses at under Graduate/Post graduate level. These scholarships are awarded to students whose Parents/Guardian annual Income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakhs.
    Eligibility:
    1. Students who got admission into a College in Technical/Professional courses on the basis of competitive examination.
    2. Students who got admission without facing any competitive examination but should have got not less than 50% marks at higher secondary (Inter)/Graduation level.
    3. Students who are studying in Top listed Institutions of Govt. Of India are eligible for full courses fee and also given first priority in selection.
    4. Students who are studying in Institutions other than top listed Institutions are eligible for course fee of Rs.20, 000/- per annum or actual fees whichever is less.
    Procedure
    The students must submit their application through online i.e. http://epass.cgg.gov.in/.The hard copy (printout) of the application form along with required documents shall be submitted to the Ex-Officio District Manager, APSCMFC through the Schools/Institutions.
    The students pursuing post matric courses out side the State should submit applications through their colleges directly to the Dedicated Cell, Government of India Scholarships, APSMFC, 6th Floor, A.P. Haj House, Opp. Public Garden, Nampally, Hyderabad
    Documents to be submitted:
    1. Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar/Notarized affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
    2. Bonafide certificate from School/College.
    3. Photo copy of bank pass book in joint account of parent and student
    4. Photo copy of previous year marks certificate (Progress report)
    5. Proof of permanent residence of parent/guardian ration card/voter Id/ electricity bill / gas bill.
    6. Photograph attested and stamped by Head master/Principal
    7. Minority Community Declaration- Notarized affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
    8. Details of fee particulars and xerox copies of fee receipts

    Common Guidelines for Government of India Scholarships:

    1. The Student should secure not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.
    2. 30% of Scholarships are earmarked for Girl students. In case sufficient number of eligible girl students is not available, then the balance scholarships are awarded to eligible male students.
    3. The Scholarship holder under this scheme should not avail any other Govt. Scholarship or stipend.
    4. Students who got Admission in other than category `A Convener Quota can also apply.
    5. Scholarships are limited to only two members in a family.
    Selection: Distribution of Scholarships is on the basis of
    1. Targets communicated by the Govt. of India among notified minorities Marks obtained in class XII (Intermediate) for under-graduate courses and in the case of Post-Graduate courses, marks obtained in the Under-Graduate courses.
    2. Students from BPL families having the lowest income will be given preference in the ascending order.

    Training and Employment:

    Unemployed youth are trained in job and self employment oriented courses such as DTP, Hotel Management, System Administration, Web Designing, Networking, Apparel Design, Fashion Technology etc., in reputed Government organizations. Under the scheme total course fee is paid by the corporation. 

    Eligibility
    1. Should be a Christian
      • Community certificate issued by Tahasildar/ Transfer Certificate of School to be submitted/Baptism Certificate issued by Main Line Churches.
    2. Age between 18 to 35 years
      • Any age proof certificate to be submitted-SSC Marks, Memo, Birth Certificate, Driving License etc.
    3. Annual family income below Rs. 75,000/-
      • Income certificate issued by Tahasildar to be submitted
    4. Any residence proof certificate-Ration Card, Electricity Bill etc,.
    5. Educational Certificates as per the requirement of the course.

    Free Coaching for Competitive Exams

    The Corporation provides financial assistance by way of coaching fees, study material and employment information to eligible candidates. The courses for which the coaching provided are:
    1. Civil Services Examination-Prelims and Mains
    2. APPSC-Group I, II, IV Examinations
    3. Banks, Insurance Companies, Staff Selection Commission, recruitments
    4. Any other competitive examination as per need and the request of the candidates
    Eligibility
    1. Should be a Christian
      • Community certificate issued by Tahasildar/ Transfer Certificate of School to be submitted.
    2. Annual family income below Rs. 1.00 Lakh
      • Income certificate issued by Tahasildar to be submitted
    3. Any residence proof certificate-Ration Card, Electricity Bill etc,.
    4. Educational Certificates as per the requirement of the exam.

    Subsidy for Bank Linked Income Generated Schemes

    The scheme is for individuals who desires to setup self employment activities where the maximum unit cost is up to Rs. 2,50,000/-. The Corporation provides a subsidy @ 50% of the total loan subject to a maximum of Rs.1,00,000/-. and the remaining is Bank loan.
    Eligibility
    1. Should be a Christian
      • Community certificate issued by Tahasildar/ Transfer Certificate of School to be submitted/Baptism Certificate issued by Mainline Church Pastor.
    2. Age between 21 to 40 years
      • Any age proof certificate to be submitted-SSC Marks memo etc.
    3. Annual family income below Rs. 60,000/- for Rural and Urban for Rs.75,000/-
      • Income certificate issued by Tahasildar from Mee Seva to be submitted
    4. Ration Card is Mandatory
    5. One Passport Size PhotoGraph
    Procedure
    • Every Beneficiary can apply Online only through MPDO's/District Office of the concerned Mandal/District;
    • After applying in the portal, the beneficiary should submit the application form and enclosures to the concerned District Officer(Executive Director, APSCMFC).
    • The Bank processes the loan application as per their norm and will accord sanction and intimates through a bank sanction letter.
    • After getting approval of the respective District Collector, Subsidy is released from the Head Office(APSCMFC) to the beneficiaries Non-Operative SB Account Number Directly.
