With the launch of Prime Minister's 15 point program and other programs for Muslims and Christians majorly by Congress, Congress spent more than 10,000 crores using public funds. Most of the schemes created by Congress are still active after NDA came to power in 2014. The BJP led NDA government has so far continued these sickular billions worth schemes created by Congress
The schemes majorly consisted of:-
- Funding billions of rupees for Muslim Madrasas
- Computerizing Muslim Wakf boards
- Spending billions for scholarship of Muslims and Christians (worth 35,000 for each individual even though the scores of student is not proficient)
- Development of Urdu, online Urdu training, funding Urdu news papers
- Special police protection and communal riots compensation
- Higher education scholarships
- Abroad studies financial assistance
- Special coaching, financial assistance for coaching
- Special training for UPSC exams with financial assistance
- Reservation in Government Jobs, Reservation in Police jobs
